Job summary

Total Expert is a Customer Operating System for financial services, seeking a senior software engineer to build full-stack solutions in the lead management space. You will develop features, migrate components to microservices, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust SaaS offerings with modern JS frameworks.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong fundamentals, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted tooling, CI/CD, and scalable web services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools within the SDLC.
• Experience with OOP languages (C#, PHP, Java, etc.) and relational databases.
• Experience designing and building scalable web services with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience with queuing technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD automation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into incremental solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and platform capabilities, leveraging AI-assisted tooling.
• Lead refactoring and decoupling efforts to migrate legacy components to microservices and APIs.
• Collaborate and communicate cross functionally to identify requirements and deliver products.
• Perform technical analysis and estimation and lead design solutions across development teams.
• Mentor team members and provide production support through investigating and fixing issues.
