Job summary

Ciwit B.V. (Castor) is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement robust containerized environments in a remote setting across the United States. You will champion automation, improve messaging infrastructure, and empower product teams with scalable cloud solutions.

You will work with Python/Go, Terraform, and Kubernetes on Azure or other cloud providers, focusing on reliability, performance, and thorough documentation for developers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in a general‑purpose programming language, preferably Python or Go.
• Experience deploying and optimizing solutions on major cloud providers, such as Azure or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, web applications, and database fundamentals.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting in distributed environments.
