Join our innovative Platform Engineering team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where you'll automate and optimize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will develop and maintain internal platforms to improve efficiency, reliability, and security across our development tools, supporting full-stack development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Mastery: Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using tools like Terraform for scalable infrastructure deployment.
2. Kubernetes Management: Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of containerized applications.
3. Networking and Security: Develop network configurations, implement secure practices, and manage access controls with tools like HashiCorp Vault.
4. CI/CD Optimization: Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.
5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor infrastructure and application performance, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime.
6. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work with cross-functional teams, sharing best practices in IaC, Kubernetes, and security.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to incorporate the latest DevOps practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Infrastructure Expertise: Experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
2. Kubernetes Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and tools such as Helm and Kustomize.
3. Networking Skills: Expertise in network architecture, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS with a focus on security.
4. Security Tools: Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and other security tools.
5. Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in Bash, Python, and familiarity with Go or Java.
6. Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of Git, Perforce, JIRA, Confluence.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution abilities.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working in agile teams.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
