Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/platform engineering experience and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on architecture, design reviews, prototyping, and debugging.
• Experience designing modern software delivery systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted/agentic software development.
• Ability to reason about Agentic Delivery architecture and controls.
• Strong cloud/platform fundamentals, preferably AWS.
• People leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for enabling AI agents to safely perform software delivery.
• Work hands-on with engineers on architecture, designs, and prototypes.
• Own software delivery architecture across CI/CD, artifact management, and security scanning.
• Design for both human and agent consumers with reusable delivery patterns.
• Advance CI/CD and release engineering for reliability and speed.
• Strengthen software supply chain security with integrated controls.
• Standardize artifacts and promote secure, traceable builds.
• Use engineering data to drive platform improvements and adoption.
• Lead and develop the Delivery team and mentor engineers.
