Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering & Delivery to lead hands-on architecture and guide a delivery platform across CI/CD, artifact management, and security scanning. You’ll mentor engineers while shaping how AI agents safely participate in the software lifecycle.

You will define platform strategy, align cross-functional teams, ensure reliable release engineering, and drive adoption of standardized patterns that improve efficiency and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or technical organizations.
• Strong hands-on technical background with architecture review and prototyping skills.
• Experience designing modern software delivery systems, including CI/CD pipelines and security scanning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for enabling AI agents to safely perform software delivery work.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, prototyping, and technical investigations.
• Own the software delivery architecture across CI/CD, artifact management, and code quality.
• Design delivery systems for both human and agent consumers with robust controls and telemetry.
• Develop standardized delivery patterns that embed security, reliability, and observability.
• Lead and develop the Delivery team and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive roadmap, investment decisions, and measure platform impact.
