Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Manager for Platform Engineering & Delivery to unify architecture, CI/CD, artifacts, and security. You will lead the Delivery team while coding and guiding architectural decisions, including agentic delivery capabilities and end-to-end platform reliability.

You will drive partnerships across engineering, security and product, shaping a scalable, observable delivery platform that supports human and AI-driven workflows with strong governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software or platform engineering, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on technical background; able to review designs, build prototypes and solve platform problems.
• Experience designing modern software delivery systems: CI/CD, artifact repos, security in CI.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development is a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for enabling AI agents to safely perform software delivery work.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, design, prototypes and complex implementations.
• Own the software delivery architecture across CI/CD, artifacts, quality, and security.
• Design for both human and agent users with APIs, automation and telemetry.
• Create secure, reusable delivery patterns embedding security and observability.
• Lead and develop the Delivery team and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Translate needs into a prioritized roadmap balancing security, reliability and cost.
