Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a platform/solutions design or related role.
• Experience in insurance domain is a plus.
• Strong ability to mentor and influence across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute on Data strategy and analytics needs for the Insurance Pricing & UW needs.
• Expertly manages priorities, value and time to support the platform to achieve measurable impact.
• Influences Discovery and Framing sessions; applies simplicity to achieve outcomes.
• Contributes to the landscape of technical architecture across the platform.
• Liaises between technical leaders and business leaders to align roadmaps and strategy.
• Builds trust with engineers and design leaders to influence backlog and practices.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and guides platform community decisions.
• Applies industry standards and emerging technologies; shares findings with the community.
