You will mentor the platform consultant community, align product design to enterprise standards, and collaborate with technology and business leaders to deliver measurable value and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of platform consulting or enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong Insurance domain knowledge and technical expertise.
• Ability to influence architecture direction across a large organization.
• Mentor platform consultant community and align designs to standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define & execute on Data strategy and analytics needs for Insurance Pricing & UW.
• Manage priorities to support the platform to achieve measurable business impact.
• Conduct stakeholder and risk analysis and guide critical decision-making.
• Influence Discovery and Framing sessions across the ecosystem and apply simplicity.
• Contribute to the overall landscape of platform technical architecture.
• Liaise between technical and business leaders; align roadmaps and strategies.
• Build trust with engineering directors and design leaders; influence backlogs.
• Apply industry standards and emerging technologies; share key findings with the community.
• Be a thought leader influencing technical decisions in a collaborative way.
