Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide platform strategy for core shared services and SDKs.
• Resolve unique, high-scale reliability and performance challenges.
• Govern adoption of platform standards through tooling, reference stacks, and compliance mechanisms.
• Steers strategic decision-making processes to design software solutions and identify and analyze requirements.
• Writes and defines foundational code for new projects or prototypes.
• Adheres to and improves execution of all phases of the software development lifecycle; coaches and defines best practices across teams to drive improvements.
• Leads and drives improvements in process, architecture, and code reviews across products/services to drive improvements.
• Performs debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix highly complex software issues.
• Defines and influences testing, quality assurance processes, and observability for effective debugging.
