Job summary

You will govern cross-group compatibility and security, sponsor resilience initiatives, and drive performance, scalability, and interoperability of APIs and services while partnering with SRE and security teams to ensure governance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy for group, aligning runtimes, SDKs, and integration frameworks to interoperable, multi-tenant standards.
• Govern cross-group compatibility and security controls with SRE/security partners; approve high-risk migrations and deprecations.
• Own group-wide resilience and capacity objectives; institutionalize rollout, canary, and rollback patterns across services.
• Lead design reviews and specification reviews to drive improvements across multiple projects/programs.
• Direct teams to implement API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align software architecture with business goals and priorities.
