With 7+ years in software engineering and deep expertise in distributed systems, you will own complex initiatives, design scalable architectures, and mentor engineers while influencing long-term technology decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and architecture.
• Experience operating systems at meaningful scale.
• Deep proficiency in at least one major programming language.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities.
• Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production.
• Design scalable distributed systems and services.
• Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks.
• Establish engineering patterns and technical standards.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Influence long-term platform architecture and technology decisions.
