Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Director to lead the Modern Business Platforms (MBP) practice, acting as a trusted client partner. You will drive data strategy programs, activate marketing analytics, and evangelize new Martech capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital, consulting, or analytics.
• Functional expertise with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI; SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and their use in data analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc).
• Industry knowledge of the advanced analytics landscape.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy issues.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional engagements and ensures cohesive delivery across competencies.
• Uncovers data use cases aligned with marketing objectives.
• Conducts data strategy programming, KPI setting, roadmapping, and value creation cycles.
• Assesses client data maturity and coordinates a strategic data roadmap.
• Provides guidance on data warehousing, modeling, engineering, BI, and analytics activities.
• Works with delivery pods to translate business and marketing objectives into tactics.
• Provides oversight to Data Strategy team on complex accounts.
• Communicates results to stakeholders to drive expansion and investment.
