Job summary

Insilico Search Partners is seeking a senior engineer to own the agentic platform end to end, architecting workflow orchestration and event-driven distributed systems for scale and reliability. You will define SDK abstractions and API contracts between model/agent outputs and downstream consumers.

We expect hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Pydantic AI, plus strong cloud-native engineering on AWS with IaC.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in CS, Engineering or related field; 10+ years in software.
• Experience architecting and maintaining large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Hands-on with agentic AI/orchestration frameworks and cloud-native tech.
• Experience designing SDKs, APIs, and data contracts; strong mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic platform end to end: architect orchestration, evaluation, and scalable distributed systems.
• Define SDK abstractions and API contracts between models/agents and downstreams.
• Deliver IaC reference implementations (AWS CDK, Terraform) and reusable patterns.
• Drive platform cost-efficiency and scalable performance while preserving accuracy.
• Set standards and mentor engineers across modeling, agent, and product teams.
