Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Humacao, Puerto Rico is seeking a Plastic Processing Operator III to operate and optimize plastic processing equipment on an onsite, 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Qualifications

• Diploma de cuarto año completo o equivalente (translated: high school diploma or equivalent).
• Experience: minimum 2 years operating manufacturing or processing equipment.
• Basic ability to read drawings/diagrams and use inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic processing equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic machines.
• Configure, start and monitor manufacturing equipment per process sheets and procedures.
• Change tooling, molds and make setup adjustments to meet spec dimensions.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) and adjust as needed.
• Inspect parts visually and with measurement tools to ensure quality standards.
• Record production data, waste, adjustments and basic maintenance activities.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and escalate complex issues to maintenance.
• Handle and package finished components following safety and PPE procedures.
