Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc in Cidra, Puerto Rico is seeking a Production Operator to mold and trim products on a molding and trimming press, following work instructions and quality standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to GMP.

You will rotate through multiple functions in a cell concept, on a 12-hour night shift, with direct employment and benefits from day one. 1+ year manufacturing experience is preferred, English skills helpful, and SAP familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No minimum experience required; 1+ year in manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and SAP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process trimmed product through wash and drying per site instructions.
• Ensure equipment is set up accurately and maintain flow through presses.
• Operate a mold press to produce molded panels following site instructions.
• Operate a manual/automatic trim press as needed following site instructions.
• Maintain documentation to ensure product traceability and quality.
