Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC in Jeffersonville, Indiana seeks a Plastic Mold Maintenance & Hot Runner Technician at Technician I/II/Senior level. You will troubleshoot in-press molds, perform preventive maintenance, and support process startups with Process Techs and Operators.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of hands-on tooling in plastic injection molding, strong CNC milling and CAD/CAM skills, and experience with hot runners and precision component work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on tooling in plastic injection molding.
• 5+ years CNC milling programming/setup.
• Ability to read prints and think functionally.
• Experience with mold maintenance and hot runner systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair molds in-press: flash, shorts, sticking parts, cosmetic defects.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled mold maintenance and tear-downs.
• Service components: pins, bushings, lifters, slides, ejectors, lubrication.
• Diagnose and repair hot runners: heaters, thermocouples, wiring, leaks.
