Job summary

Qualifications

• Occupational Demands include exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-donation medical screening per guidelines.
• Determines Hematocrit (HCT) and Protein via finger stick using hematastat and refractometer.
• Promotes customer satisfaction through responsive interaction with donors.
• Assesses donor suitability and handles plasmapheresis setup, monitoring, and disconnect procedures.
• Maintains donor files with accurate documentation and confidentiality.
