Job summary

enGen is seeking a remote Planview Administrator to manage multi-product Planview environments and support governance, reports, and integration efforts. The role requires deep Planview expertise and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will handle portfolio administration, automation workflows, and data quality initiatives while aligning with enterprise architecture and demand management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 5–7 years in IS/IT roles with Planview experience preferred.
• Experience with Planview products (Portfolios, EA, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Planview Portfolios: user/groups/roles, security, access provisioning, navigation and structure configuration.
• Configure lifecycle management, scripted dialogs, conditional logic, automated notifications, and governance checkpoints.
• Support demand/project/portfolio management, governance, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain Planview reports and executive dashboards; monitor data quality and platform standards.
• Coordinate integrations with Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint.
