Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Planview administrator to manage Planview Portfolios, security, and governance across multiple Planview products. The role focuses on configuring workflows, lifecycle processes, and automated updates to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Planview reports and dashboards, integrating Power BI, and ensuring data quality while coordinating with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Azure AD.

Qualifications

Experience administering Planview Portfolios including user/group/role management.
Knowledge of Planview EA and multi-product Planview platforms.
Familiarity with Planview reporting and analytics and Power BI integration.

Responsibilities

Planview Portfolios Administration including security and access provisioning.
Workflow & Automation Configuration for lifecycle, approvals, and stage-gate processes.
Planview Reporting & Analytics development and maintenance.
Data Governance & Platform Quality activities across Planview environments.
Multi-Product Planview experience across Planview Enterprise Architecture, AgilePlace, and ProjectPlace.
