Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to own and optimize the Planview platform, covering portfolio, project, resource, and financial management. You will architect integrations with Jira and Workday, govern security and data integrity, and build dashboards to support executive decision-making across Technology, Finance, and the PMO.

The role leads projects from requirements through deployment and adoption, with hybrid work in major cities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination).
5+ years administering enterprise SaaS apps.
Excellent oral and written communication with all management levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical solutions.
Experience supporting vendor-provided enterprise applications.
Experience managing upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor relationships.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of SDLC, project management, and portfolio management concepts.

Responsibilities

Act as owner, primary administrator, and SME for Planview and related apps including portfolio, project, resource, and demand/capacity management.
Provide application and system support with advanced troubleshooting and resolution ownership.
Architect, configure, and optimize Planview solutions for scalability, security, and data integrity.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Planview and Jira, Workday, and other systems.
Establish governance, controls, and documentation for administration, security, and data management.
Develop dashboards, reports, and portfolio reporting for executive decision-making.
Analyze business processes and incidents to identify root causes and process improvements; implement solutions.
Lead enhancement and implementation projects from requirements through adoption and training.
Manage lifecycle activities: performance, upgrades, licenses, procurement, vendor relations.
Provide status reporting, assist audits, and protect data confidentiality.
