Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to own Planview and related portfolio systems. You will drive architecture, configuration, integrations, and governance for enterprise planning, reporting, and vendor management.

This role partners with Technology, Finance, and PMO to optimize planning processes and data integrity. You will lead upgrades, implement cross-system integrations, and develop dashboards for executive decision making, while mentoring teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS applications.
Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of management and staff.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience supporting vendor-provided enterprise applications.
Experience managing upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor relationships.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of SDLC, project management, and portfolio management concepts.

Responsibilities

Act as owner, primary administrator, and SME for Planview and related processes.
Provide application and system support with troubleshooting and issue ownership through resolution.
Architect, configure, and optimize Planview to meet business requirements.
Design and maintain integrations between Planview and Jira, Workday, financial systems, reporting tools, and data warehouses.
Establish governance, controls, policies, procedures, and documentation for administration and data management.
Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and portfolio reporting standards for executives.
Analyze business processes, incidents, and needs to identify root causes and improvements; implement solutions.
Lead enhancement and implementation projects including requirements, testing, deployment, change requests, training, and adoption.
Manage lifecycle activities: performance monitoring, upgrades, roadmap, licenses, budgeting, procurement, vendor relations.
Provide timely status reporting and support audits/compliance while protecting data integrity.
