Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a safety professional to lead the health and safety program for a large heavy industrial manufacturing site. You will drive culture change through engagement and accountability, reporting to the plant EHS Manager, and work as part of a small EHS team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing and a Bachelor of Science in a related field. Relocation assistance is available if needed to support site goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing operations, preferably heavy industry.
• Bachelor of Science in a related technical field.
• Relocation assistance will be offered if needed.

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous improvement of the health & safety process for the site.
• Develop and implement safety systems and programs, audits, training, accident investigations, and emergency response.
• Oversee workers' compensation and related activities.
• Basic environmental compliance experience is desirable but not required.
