Qualifications

• 5+ years food manufacturing leadership; 2+ years leading leaders.
• Strong knowledge of food safety/quality systems and regulatory expectations.
• Proven track record improving KPIs in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily plant performance across safety, quality, throughput, labor, and cost.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable production, maintenance, and sanitation leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving, and standard work.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver on customer needs and readiness for audits.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and KPI rhythms that keep the plant on track.
