Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, logistics and supply chain.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to boost productivity, safety and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for throughput, yield and on-time delivery.
• Plan production schedules and manage staffing and resources.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for issues and non-conformances.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and other functions for continuous improvement.
