TRAK Group is partnering with a manufacturing client in Cranston, RI to recruit a Plant Manager who will lead all plant operations, drive Lean transformations, and build high-performance teams focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This senior role demands a strong track record managing large facilities, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience leading large operations (~100+ employees).

Responsabilidades

• Lead all plant operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory, fabrication, assembly, shipping, and supply chain.
• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Drive Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead operational transformation and performance improvement programs.
• Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs to improve quality and productivity.
• Establish operational KPIs and use data to drive decisions.
