Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, environmental, and regulatory programs.
• Ability to function as PSM lead or work with Plant Supervisor and PSM Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant operations to meet production rates and monitor data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Oversee personnel, perform reviews, and administer disciplinary actions to maintain qualifications.
