Job summary

Alkegen seeks a seasoned Plant Manager for our Columbiana, OH site. You will lead manufacturing execution, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning cross-functional teams with the company strategy.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in large-scale operations, strong financial acumen, and expertise in Lean/Six Sigma and ISO standards. You will develop plans and budgets, manage a multi-discipline team, and drive performance targets to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership in large-scale operations.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Operations; Master’s preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and compliance experience.
• Proven change management and leadership ability.
• Analytical, data-driven with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing activities at Columbiana site.
• Lead plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Manage 6–12 direct reports across multiple functions.
• Collaborate across functions to drive short- and long-term goals.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale improvements.
• Develop budgets and track productivity, asset utilization, and ROI.
• Lead labor relations, 5-S, and ISO/IATF/TS standards compliance.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
