Job summary

Primo Brands in McBee, SC is seeking a Sr. Plant Manager to lead our bottling and distribution facility as part of the Product Supply backbone.

You will oversee operations, drive safety, quality, and performance, and manage P&L while engaging on-floor with teams across shifts. This role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years as a department manager, a STEM degree, and experience with Six Sigma/Lean or TPM, plus ERP systems like SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain; Masters a plus.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with progression into leadership.
• Consumer products goods industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or TPM and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total facility performance and KPIs for bottling and distribution.
• Engage on the floor with employees and supervise operations.
• Own P&L and customer satisfaction for the facility.
• Develop and coach a leadership team; foster a positive culture.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives across the plant.
• Drive BCE and TPM implementations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other plant leaders and corporate teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
