Job summary

4over is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Miami plant. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, service equipment, and building systems, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing areas.

The role offers a 1st shift Monday–Friday schedule with 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or similar and hourly compensation from $25.00 to $30.00, commensurate with experience. You will work to uphold safety and quality standards in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems in a production setting.
• Understand high/low voltage wiring and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and building systems.
• Install and remove equipment; perform routine checks and servicing.
• Provide clear information on service issues and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Complete required paperwork and support continuous improvement.
