Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for production equipment and facilities. You will lead maintenance technicians, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate repair activities to minimize outages.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on mechanical or electrical experience, and a track record of personnel development within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree recommended.
• Five to seven years of in-plant exposure to mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Enforce safety procedures and programs in maintenance work.
• Schedule repair and improvement of equipment to minimize outages.
• Oversee maintenance technicians and contractors; manage performance and training.
• Ensure availability of materials, parts, tools and manpower for maintenance tasks.
