Job summary

Generous Brands in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, seeks a Manager Plant Maintenance to oversee quality and reliability across Evolution Fresh roasting plant operations. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, partner with engineers and suppliers, and drive TPM and PM programs to support production goals and safety standards.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director - Plant, requires proven leadership and a data-driven approach to maintain equipment uptime, control costs, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing/food processing.
• Ability to develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory food safety standards and GMP/HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations to support Production goals.
• Develop and manage plant preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and plant staff to meet customer needs.
• Manage budgets and control operating costs.
