Job summary

Evolution Fresh is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This full‑time role reports to the Manager Plant Maintenance and involves leading a maintenance team on a 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule, ensuring equipment reliability and adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Supervision experience supporting maintenance or operations (3 years).
• Automated manufacturing or distribution environment experience (5 years).
• Ability to communicate clearly and coach others in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely manner.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet goals and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance of manufacturing and distribution equipment across plant operations.
• Communicate maintenance plans and status across department lines.
• Operate within budgets and cost objectives to control expenses.
• Support safety, quality, and food safety programs within the plant.
