Job summary

Role leads the heartbeat of our plant: supervising maintenance on production equipment, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety and reliability. You’ll diagnose complex faults, read blueprints, and drive improvements with engineering and operations teams.

The position emphasizes hands‑on leadership on heavy equipment, 3‑phase electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, with a focus on preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance within manufacturing, heavy industrial, or construction settings.
• Experience directing contractor workflows and teams.
• Proficient with PCs and Windows; strong database experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and contractors for major repairs and facility upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and high‑voltage systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering on process improvements.
• Record work orders and manage preventive maintenance in CMMS in line with ISO 9000.
