Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience with process safety and risk assessment.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety culture and ensure safety is the first priority.
• Provide leadership for operational excellence programs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee site functions including safety, quality, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, maintenance, and finance.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on TempRite and Vycar functions.
• Promote a responsive plant culture with teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee talent development, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Align plant goals with business strategies and support product transfers.
