Job summary

The Krusteaz Company is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for the Effingham Plant to provide consultative and hands‑on HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

This role works with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR to drive HR initiatives and process improvements. Essential duties include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits discussions, and executing performance management while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HR experience preferred.
• Experience in plant HR a plus.
• Expertise with HRIS and ATS is desired.

Responsibilities

• Advise the business at all levels on HR-related issues.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires.
• Manage workers' compensation and leave claims with HR Manager.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Support performance management and employee recognition programs.
