Job summary

Nemak is seeking a Senior Plant Controller to support the Plant Controller in all financial aspects, including month end closing, forecasting, and budgeting. The role focuses on KPI tracking and advising management on plant performance.

You will liaise with MP&L and production teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to corporate policies. Required are a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering and 8+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Plant Controller in all financial aspects including month end closing and forecasting.
• Lead KPI tracking and advise plant management on performance.
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial analysis.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Spend time in production areas and contribute to month end closing and reporting.
