- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of engineering and maintenance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
- 5+ years of direct management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of HVAC, compressors, boilers, piping, electrical systems, and industry codes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over plant engineering operations including automation and control systems.
- Direct all capital projects from scoping to commissioning and documentation.
- Oversee maintenance and asset reliability to ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Manage facilities oversight including utilities, buildings, and contractor relationships.
