Job summary

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, safeguard safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across utilities, automation, and maintenance planning. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 8+ years in engineering/maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• 8+ years engineering/maintenance leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years direct management of multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, compressors, boilers, piping, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering operations across automation, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Oversee capital project scoping, cost estimation, risk assessments, bid evaluation and commissioning.
• Ensure maintenance planning, KPI tracking, backlog management, and reliability improvements.
• Manage utilities: boilers, air systems, chillers, power distribution and HVAC.
• Drive safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and IMS adherence.
