Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of job related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Plant Engineering and Maintenance team members.
• Plan and establish work schedules for direct reports.
• Oversee and support company policies in area of responsibility.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and problem solving.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and productivity; manage downtime.
• Develop and retain a high performing workforce.
• Coordinate projects with management and production staff.
• Administer safety, EMS, and SMS requirements.
