Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Factory Performance & Reliability Leader at our Hodges, SC facility. You will lead site-wide continuous improvement, align plant capabilities with long-term strategy, and partner across the organization to drive lean practices and reliable operations.

The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and requires a track record in cross-functional improvement, metrics tracking, and sustainable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive Site Strategy & Operational Alignment and coordinate continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead governance of improvement initiatives, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
• Implement 5S, visual management, and workplace organization standards.
• Advance autonomous and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and production planning to optimize scheduling and inventory.
• Partner with HR and line management to build competency frameworks and training.
