Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Plant Manager / Chief Engineer to oversee the plant’s boilers, chillers, cooling towers and related systems.

You will lead engineering teams, optimize performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a hands-on role with seasonal transitions. Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years in engineering management with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of plant systems, equipment, and processes.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Provide training, mentorship, and evaluations.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance and preventative programs to reduce downtime.
