Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Plant Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced plant environment. You will drive capital projects from concept to completion while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient product flow.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, and other high-impact strategies to maximize plant uptime and optimize operations. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering).
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Lead development and implementation of maintenance systems to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Manage maintenance team including task delegation, policy enforcement, and work planning.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to operational challenges to ensure smooth daily plant operation.
• Develop and track KPIs for maintenance performance, including equipment reliability and OEE.
