Job summary

Exemplar Global in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for the plant. You will own preventive maintenance strategy, troubleshoot electrical systems, and drive reliability improvements to keep the site safe and productive.

The role offers a clear progression path, external training, and a bonus program. The ideal candidate has industrial electrical experience, familiarity with power systems, switchgear, VFDs, and capital projects, with on-site collaboration and union

Qualifications

Strong background in power systems and industrial electrical troubleshooting within a maintenance-led setting.
Comfortable acting as a technical specialist on site and working effectively in a union environment
Eager to receive training, progress and looking for a long-term career.

Responsibilities

Site-level electrical engineering support focused on maintenance, reliability, and safe working practices.
Drive preventive maintenance strategy, electrical standards, and continuous improvement.
Support capital projects: documentation, scope support, contractor coordination, and commissioning.
