Job summary

Nexoval Group is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager/Director to lead our Cleveland-area facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, engineering, materials and logistics, driving safety culture and continuous improvement to meet strategic goals.

You will implement Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven decision making to improve OEE, reduce waste and optimize costs, while building a multi-shift leadership team and partnering with sales and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in plant leadership roles.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, delivery and cost improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, materials and logistics.
• Champion a strong safety culture with OSHA, environmental and company standards.
• Develop and manage the plant budget; drive profitability against targets.
