Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Lenoir City, Tennessee seeks a Plant Controller, Enclosures to lead financial reporting and internal controls. You will partner with HUS Controllership and Corporate teams to ensure SOX 404 compliance and strong controls.

Responsibilities include overseeing monthly close, balance sheet accuracy, and driving insightful financial metrics for decision-making. Leadership of local reporting teams and collaboration with IT for SOX-compliant systems are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years controllership experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream and Blackline.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Ability to drive SOX 404 compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with Hubbell policies and US GAAP.
• Lead SOX 404 internal control environment and collaborate with HUS Group and Corporate Controller’s Team.
• Oversee monthly closing cycle and controls to support timely, transparent results.
• Partner with FP&A, local operations and other functions to deliver value-added financial analysis.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on restructuring initiatives and project economics.
