Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in controllership with leadership experience; CPA or CMA is preferred; SAP, OneStream and Blackline experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive controllership experience with leadership.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, and Blackline is advantageous.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills; able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain SOX 404 compliance and strengthen internal control environment.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and IT to deliver value-added financial analysis.
• Lead and develop the local finance team; ensure proper balance sheet substantiation.
• Manage reserves and asset capitalization, depreciation and impairment reviews.
