Prysmian Group in Claremont, NC is seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting for the plant. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years in accounting or controlling, with experience in SAP and coordinating capital budgets.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, ROI analyses, and partnerships with plant leadership to improve productivity, control costs, and ensure accurate month-end closes and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or controlling.
• Experience with SAP and coordinating capital budgets.
• CPA, CGMA, or CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
• Provide insights and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning with ROI analysis.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive productivity improvements and cost savings.
• Oversee inventory and product costing and maintain cost standards.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close.
