Job summary

voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC is hiring a Plant Controller / Senior Cost Controller for its Chicago Heights, IL facility. The role reports to the VP, Controlling and drives financial management, costing and budgeting across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include month-end close, profitability analyses, capital cost reviews and collaboration with Purchasing, HR and Sales to optimize costs. A manufacturing background and CPA/CMA assets are valued.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end procedures and prepare internal management reports.
• Analyze profitability by product, project and customer.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with the CFO, VP Controlling, Plant Manager, and others.
