Job summary

Abbruzzese Brothers is seeking a Pruning & Plant Care Supervisor to lead ornamental pruning, plant health care, and landscape maintenance crews. You will ensure high horticultural standards, proper care techniques, and safe, efficient performance while keeping clients satisfied.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in landscape work, strong pruning knowledge, and the ability to supervise a team outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or plant care.
• Strong knowledge of pruning techniques and plant health care practices.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pruning and plant care crews on a daily basis.
• Train team members on pruning techniques, plant identification, and care standards.
• Ensure all work is completed to company and client expectations.
