Abbruzzese Brothers, Inc. is a full‑service landscape and hardscape company delivering quality installations and great client service. We’re hiring a hands‑on Landscape/Hardscape Supervisor to lead crews on-site, oversee installations, ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This field‑based role requires supervisory ability and regular physical participation in installations, supervision of crews, and coordination with management to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on landscape and hardscape installation experience; supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Experience with pavers, segmental retaining walls, site grading, drainage, planting, and sod.
• Ability to read construction drawings, perform layout, and use basic layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with crews during landscape and hardscape installations.
• Read plans, set layouts, ensure work matches drawings.
• Install and troubleshoot pavers, walls, patios, grading, drainage; plant material as needed.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor schedules; track labor and materials; report progress to management.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site; lead toolbox talks.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members; provide hands-on instruction.
• Prepare simple change order estimates and communicate scope changes.
• Perform physical labor when needed and assist during tight schedules.
